What we do

Six services. One contract.

Most sites need more than a cleaner. We run cleaning, grounds, restoration, building, support and labour hire services under a single contract, so you're dealing with one company instead of six — one scope, one point of contact, one invoice.

Cleaning

Daily and periodic cleaning against a documented scope, scheduled around your operating hours.

What this covers

Grounds

Outdoor areas kept safe and presentable year-round, including the surfaces most cleaning contracts skip.

What this covers

Restoration

Recovery work for surfaces routine cleaning can't fix.

What this covers

Building services

Reactive and planned maintenance, so small defects don't turn into capital works.

What this covers

Support services

Trained, inducted staff to cover the roles that keep a site running day to day.

What this covers

Labour hire

Supplementary staff by the hour — shelf fillers and licensed security, with no fixed roster to carry.

Why bundle

One contractor is easier to manage than five.

Every extra contractor on site is another induction, another certificate of currency to chase, another number to call when something's missed. Bundling services under one contract means one scope document, one audit schedule and one person who answers for the whole site.

STEP 01

Site assessment

We walk the site with you and record what's actually there, not what the last contract said was there.

STEP 02

Documented scope

Every task, area and frequency is agreed in writing before work starts.

STEP 03

Trained, checked crews

The same crew wherever possible. Police-checked, inducted to your site, equipped for it.

STEP 04

Audit and photograph

Scheduled audits against the agreed scope. Findings are photographed and dated.

STEP 05

Close out and report

Defects fixed and signed off, with a report you can send straight to your manager.
