Pristine Co Facility Services provides cleaning, grounds, restoration, building, support and labour hire services to commercial and government sites across Australia. Every part of how we work is designed so a client can verify it, not just take our word for it.

We started Pristine Co because too many facilities contracts run on trust alone: a promise that the work happened, with no record to back it up. We built the business the other way around. Every site gets a written scope before work starts. Every visit is logged. Every audit finding is photographed and dated. If a client wants to know what happened on their site last Tuesday, there's an answer with a timestamp against it.
That approach shapes who we hire, how we train, and how we report, more than any slogan does. We'd rather under-promise on history and over-deliver on documentation than the other way round.

Site assessment
We walk the site with you and record what's actually there, including areas, access points and any existing issues, not what the last contract said was there.
Documented scope
Every task, area and frequency is agreed in writing before work starts. That document is what our crews work to and what our audits check against.
Trained, checked crews
The same crew wherever possible. Police-checked, inducted to your site's specific procedures, and equipped for the environment they're working in.
Audit and photograph
Scheduled audits against the agreed scope, on a set frequency. Findings are photographed and dated, not just described after the fact.
Close out and report
Defects fixed and signed off, with a report you can send straight to your manager without rewriting it first.

Everyone working on a Pristine Co contract holds a current national police check, and staff on education sites hold a current Working with Children Check as well. Crews are inducted to the specific site they're working on, not just given a general briefing, and are equipped and uniformed appropriately for the environment, whether that's a hospital corridor or a council depot yard.
We keep the same crew on a site wherever the contract allows it. Familiarity with a building matters: a crew that knows a site's layout, quirks and quiet hours does better work than one starting fresh every visit.

Practical choices, not a marketing claim.
We use concentrate dosing systems and environmentally considered cleaning products where they meet the required standard of clean, and we separate waste streams on sites that have the infrastructure to support it. We don't hold formal sustainability certifications yet, and we won't claim to until we do — if that matters for your site or your tender, ask us directly and we'll give you a straight answer about what we do and don't have in place.
