What we look for

Reliability first. Facilities work depends on people turning up when they say they will and doing the job to the same standard every time, not just when it's inspected. We'd rather hire someone dependable and train them properly than chase experience that comes with bad habits attached.

Every role requires a current national police check, and roles on education sites require a current Working with Children Check as well. We cover the process and the cost of getting these organised if you don't already hold them.
