What we're insured and checked for.
This is exactly what we hold today. Nothing pending, nothing implied. Ask for certificates any time and we'll send them the same day.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance and workers compensation cover, current and renewed on schedule. Certificates of currency are issued as standard with every tender response and are available on request at any other time — ask and we'll have one to you the same day.
Screening & induction
Every person working on a Pristine Co contract holds a current national police check. Staff working on education sites also hold a current Working with Children Check. Crews are inducted to the specific site they're working on before their first shift, not given a generic briefing and sent in.
Safety documentation
Safe work method statements and safety data sheets are prepared for the tasks and chemicals in use on each site, and are available on request. We follow the relevant state and territory work health and safety requirements for every site we work on.
Reporting & audits
Every site is audited against its written scope on a set schedule. Findings are photographed and dated, and reports are provided in a format that can be filed directly, without needing to be rewritten for internal use.
What we don't hold yet
We're not ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or Cm3 certified at this stage, and we don't hold CAF accreditation. If any of these are a requirement for your site or tender, tell us upfront and we'll give you a straight answer about whether we're a fit, rather than let you find out partway through a process.
